USA Bath is a direct-to-consumer bathroom remodelling company with 17 years of experience. They needed a full showroom refurbishment in Reno, Nevada – something that would better reflect their evolving offer and elevate the customer experience. The goal was to create a space that supported sales, showcased their expertise, and allowed their team to manage the install in-house.
USA Bath approached us after seeing our past showroom work online. They were planning to refurbish an existing site and remove some of their existing product lines. This meant more space to play with, but also a need for clear direction. They wanted a solution they could manufacture locally and install themselves, with technical guidance they could rely on. Oh – and everything had to be translated into feet and inches for the American market!
This project had to work practically and commercially; We had to think about how customers navigate a bathroom showroom, how the USA Bath team could manage the build independently, and how our drawings could be crystal-clear for local contractors. We knew flexibility in design and technical accuracy would be the key.
We delivered a fully tailored showroom package. That meant:
- Initial concept sketches to define layout and customer flow
- Full-colour 3D visualisations to bring the space to life
- A contractor’s pack with precise fixture lists and water/electrical placement
- Manufacture-ready specifications converted into US measurements
The design featured branded cladding and a selector suite studio to support guided selling. Calls were managed across three time zones between our team in the UK and USA Bath’s team in the East and West Coast. Despite the time difference, our communication stayed sharp and collaborative.
