Dylan Oaks is a personalised jewellery brand born in Ireland, known for minimal, timeless pieces. Their products are made locally but worn worldwide. When the brand secured a 27sqm retail unit in Westfield London, they needed that small footprint to work hard. The space had to reflect the quality of their product and create an experience that lived up to the brand’s growing reputation. That’s where we came in.
The space posed a challenge: how to create a rich customer experience in a tight footprint. The store had to reflect the brand’s evolving identity, meet Westfield’s strict technical standards, and be visually polished for a social-media-savvy audience, all while staying functional for day-to-day retail.



To kick the project off, Dylan Oaks’s dedicated Account Manager Lizzie and Technical Lead Shan visited the brand’s Dublin store to understand the original materials and layout. From there, we adapted the design to suit the new space and brand evolution.
Key features included:
● A pampas tree built around a real tree trunk: an organic focal point.
● Curved shelving and a canopy display to soften and frame the space.
● Large arch wall bays that bring visual height and structure.
● A charm bar with floating shelves, glass tops, and a brushed brass and quartz finish.
● Horizontal wood-effect flooring with a herringbone centrepiece to guide movement and create flow.
● Corian quartz surfaces across the display counters for a polished, durable finish.
● Dimmable lighting, designed to avoid flicker in recorded content, ideal for influencer events and social sharing.
We handled all technical compliance and communication with Westfield, developed a detailed contractor pack, and managed the process from initial design tweaks through to final sign-off.
The finished space delivers a premium feel in a compact footprint. It’s immersive, Instagrammable, and perfectly aligned with Dylan Oaks’ brand values. The shop is ready for both everyday trade and launch events, and it has become a destination in its own right.
