Hy-Pro International is a supplier of licensed sports merchandise, known for working with top football clubs and delivering products to major mass-market retailers. Their range includes everything from gym gear to luggage to electric scooters.

After moving into a new warehouse in Houghton Regis, they needed a showroom where buyers could see the full range in action.

They wanted a showroom that would do three things:

  1. Make a bold impression.
  2. Help buyers visualise products in a retail context.
  3. Support everyday sales conversations with a clear, organised layout.

The focus on flow and flexibility:

Ripple designed a clear, functional layout that focused on: 

  • Perimeter shelving ran along the ground floor, creating clean zones for different product categories: licensed merchandise, sports gear, luggage, and gym equipment.
  • A central scooter platform became the hero of the room, raised and styled to spotlight Hy-Pro’s electric and stunt scooters.
  • A large meeting table to host clients and walk-through selections.

Fixtures were fully customisable, using modular bays, mesh hooks, and adaptable shelving. This made it easy for Hy-Pro to switch things up as their product range evolves.

We also incorporated graphics supplied by Hy-Pro to tie in with their licensing deals. These reinforced brand presence across the showroom.

The goal was to balance retail realism with show-stopping design. The result? A space that feels “like walking into a toy store”.

Buyers now walk into a space that instantly shows off the scale and variety of what Hy-Pro offers. Every section is easy to navigate, and every fixture feels purposeful. 

What it means:

  • Sales conversations are easier as buyers can see the full range and imagine it in their own product selection or retail environment.
  • The showroom adds professionalism and polish, adding to Hy-Pro’s credibility.
  • The space is aworking environment that supports product selection, meetings, and brand storytelling.
