AkzoNobel Heritage Spinner
Point of Purchase Design and Manufacture

Project Overview
Part of the AkzoNobel Group, the Heritage paint brand blends classic style with modern practicality. To support its launch, Ripple was brought in to technically design, develop, and manufacture a standout display unit for rollout across 199 decorator merchants.
Project Details
the challenge
The brief called for a display that reflected the premium feel of the Heritage range. V2 Studios had created a concept (the “Heritage Spinner”), and it was over to Ripple to make it. Every detail had to feel refined, robust, and retail-ready. And it had to scale for a national rollout.

Our Solutions
Ripple transformed a creative concept into a retail-ready display, balancing premium finish with technical scalability.

Translating Concept to Manufacture
We took the initial design and developed it into something buildable - carefully selecting materials, construction methods, and finishes to match the premium brief.

Prototyping and Technical Detailing
Ripple created detailed technical drawings, material specifications, and prototypes to test durability, function, and finish before full production.

Nationwide Scalable Production
Our in-house team managed full manufacture and delivery of the final Heritage Spinner units to 199 selected trade merchants across the UK.
Installation & Launch
The “Heritage Spinner” now lives in stores across the UK, showcasing the collection’s luxury palette in a smart, functional way. It’s a product of creative collaboration and hands-on technical craft.
Ripple continues to support AkzoNobel across new launches and formats.
